Parasite Plush

£7.50

The latest ‘must-have’ kids’ toy spawns dangerous fakes that lay eggs in their owners’ adult relatives and infect them with a brain-eating parasite that turns them into perfect hosts intent on helping their bounty of eggs to hatch.

Parasite Plush is a system-neutral TTRPG scenario. That means no rules are included. The person running the game figures out when and how to call for dice rolls, and there are no statistics for the creatures players will encounter. There are descriptions, for example “fast” or “great at hiding” that GMs can use to figure out how to portray these entities and assign stats to them for whatever game system the group is using. In theory, this allows you to run Parasite Plush in the monster hunting/horror/weird cartoon system of your choice. Depending on the system, you’ll need maybe half an hour to an hour of prep to assign stats.

Content Warnings: Harm to adorable, large-eyed fantasy creatures. Body horror. Parasites. Riots. Mob violence.
