About us.
Kraken Gaming Ltd opened at the end of October 2022 in Llanelli, South Wales. In a town missing a gaming shop we aim to create a hub for the gaming community across the south west Wales area.
We offer a range of tabletop wargaming, RPG and trading card games and accessories including Games Workshop, Dungeons & Dragons, Bolt Action, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic the Gathering, and more! This includes multiple paint brands and model-crafting materials. We also run a weekly events schedule for both casual and competitive play.
Captain Dan.
Brought up in the 80s, Dan has been a lover of plastic and miniatures since a young age, raised on air fix kits, Revell cars and Ghostbusters plaster and paint toys!
Dan has gone onto investing himself in everything Warhammer in recent years and enjoys all aspects of the hobby. Like any Captain he is real hard work for his Quartermaster to control.
Quartermaster Melanie.
Melanie grew up creative. She followed her love of fantasy and horror and worked as a practical special effects artist for Film & Television, before changing careers and training as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. After nearly 10 years of helping furry sea dogs she’s come aboard the good ship Kraken Gaming to manage our in-store events, social media, and everything else a Quartermaster does…which is mostly everything!
The ship is crewed by Captain Dan and his Quartermaster in life Melanie.
